The hotel is very old not clean and needs many improvements to meet up with other 5 stars hotel

Jerick the front office manager was extremely helpful and understanding of the problem. Unfortunately the hotel is old and ill maintained and hence has its limitations.

Location next to Metro

I enjoyed my stay and everything was up to my expectations, nice and helpful team (house keeping)

Very good personnel always ready to help. Room service was fantastic. Housekeepers as well.

The hotel was so bad

The room was decent. However, for two guests they tend to put only one set of towels, for some strange reason.

Thanks to the reception they were very friendly and helpfull. Th manager ahmed he is very corporative

Rooms are big , gym and spa area . Very safe , big pool and nice out side area . It is close to metro and public transport , and old market , it is quiet . Cleaning personnel was really nice and responsive .

I had a very pleasant stay at Concorde Hotel. The location is great, close to many services and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and good attention to detail.
